Rana's role as a Naxalite commander is only tangential. The shootout episodes are mediocre at best. There isn't any jaw-dropping action. They're also not the only ones. Agreed that the plot's only purpose is to be told as an emotional story rather than an action drama. The change should have been in that direction.
In the last section, the mysterious entrance of Sai Pallavi and the linked sequences are handled in an innovative way. However, in other areas, the same smooth management is lacking. As a result, despite the film's sincere treatment and attempts, the overall effect is ineffective.
Venu Udugula has the greatest section and a couple of heartbreaking moments in the last episode. Despite the fact that he avoided clichés in several areas, he should have tightened it up.
